Why Canal files are particularly durable
The canal sapphire file with straight blade is coated with finest sapphire minerals. These are embedded deep into the stainless steel base and do not wear out even after long use, ensuring gentle nail care over time. Sapphire files remove material very finely and are therefore ideal for shaping. One side is slightly coarser, the other extra fine. The smooth, slightly rounded tip is used to clean under the nails.

Nails can be filed in both directions.
For sealing the nail tips, we recommend filing in one direction only, especially for thin or brittle nails.
